From IaC to observability, leased SREs in France own the day-to-day fundamentals: Terraform/Kubernetes, secure build pipelines, artifact hygiene, secrets management, and environment parity. We harden the SDLC so developers ship with confidence — fewer flaky tests, fewer snowflake servers, fewer Friday deploy fears.

Change management, reliability, security

We implement staged rollouts, automated checks, and change policies that balance speed with safety. SLIs/SLOs are defined per service; alerts route to humans only when action is required. Secrets are rotated; dependencies are scanned; least-privilege is enforced. Everything is codified and versioned for auditability.

Operations and reporting

Expect clean dashboards, weekly ops notes, and incident postmortems that drive real fixes. We target improved DORA metrics, lower toil, and faster recovery. If you need coverage beyond business hours, we can structure follow-the-sun on-call with clear runbooks and escalation paths.
